This piece was originally made as a 1:3 scale prototype of an altar-hanging for the church in Kópavogur. An example of optical colour mixing in a textile context.

Square hanging rods turn and produce reflecting colour variations similarly to Vortex 1 from 1969. This piece also makes a satisfying noise when hung in a draughty place or above a heating vent.
